The exclusive Rest home ''Jurmala Wave'' represent a modern 8-storied building with spacious terraces and a basement floor. There are 76 first-class apartments ranging from 75 to 340 sq. m in the house. (33 two-room, 29 three-room and 14 four-room apartments).
There are a cafe and offices on the first floor of the building, which are equipped with PCs and devices for office work.

The distance to Riga Airport is 13 kilometers and 23 kilometers to Riga downtown.

A number of sanatoriums and recuperation complexes, sport clubs are also situated in Dzintari and Majori. The high quality of Majori and Dzintari beaches is certified with the European Blue flag.

The exclusive rest home called ‘Jurmala Wave’ was accepted into exploitation at 7th September of 2007.
