Architectural part

The multi-flat dwelling house is constructed according to the principles of a limited architecture, which means that a person is tightly connected with naturally created forms and volumes. Such environmentally friendly and well-proven materials as glass, wood, metal, decorative plastering are used for the decoration of this modern building. Every flat on the first three storeys has a balcony, whereas a mansard floor has a big terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sun sinking in the sea at the sunset and a pine tree forest. Every flat is designed to have high and wide French windows (floor to the ceiling), which create an impression of merging into the nature so beautiful every season and for every mood.

Constructive part

• Ferro-concrete ribbon basement;
• Monolithic ferro-concrete frame;
• Monolithic ferro-concrete overlap;
• Ferro-concrete columns system;
• Outer walls with outer thermal isolation and decorative plaster, partly sheathed with wooden plates;
• Windows and glass cases in the flats: aluminium/ wooden manifold plate glass;

Engineering communications

• power supply: new conjunction to a present sub-station;
• water supply and sewage: town’s (there will be private devices set for cleaning and softening the water);
• heat supply: a private autonomous gas boiler-house;
• every flat is equipped with a separate air ventilation and air recuperation system;
• air conditioning system (Chiller and Fancoil type);
• every flat is provided for setting up a fireplace;
• fire-prevention and security systems;
• a possibility to connect to several phone lines;
• Internet connection via radio link;
• Satellite television.
